The staff here were very accommodating and pleasant, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom amenities.

The service here was great. The room we booked was reasonably large and huge with a bigger couch, a TV, overall the experience was very pleasant. Amiable staff, answered all questions. It was in a nice and quiet location just off downtown and the airport.

Spent Christmas here and it was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety. The location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. The pool area was also a great advantage, we enjoyed spending time there and it is well maintained.

The smell of smoke in the second-floor corridors, even though it is a non-smoking facility. Plus, our second-room had no hot water for the shower, despite our reporting the issue to the front desk, it was not fixed.
